As New Years Eve festivities approach, I thought I would give you a fabulous tutorial by You Tube's "Makeup Geek." Her tutorial gives beautiful instruction on how to get sparkly eyes (which will go perfectly with the cute party dresses I will reveal in Wednesday's post).
