What is your motivation for getting your booty in gear and working out? For me, it's looking forward to seeing a friend at the gym or switching up my routine and adding something fresh and new.

I had recently hit a plateau with my boring 45 minutes on the elliptical and I started training for a 5k again and tried a new spinning class and that did the trick.

So what is your trick? Is it so you can enjoy a slice of cake {or let's be honest - two slices}, so you can fit into a new pair of skinny jeans or is it for your health?
