In honor of the Sex and the City 2 Premiere, Sarah Jessica Parker went blonde again! Her brighter, blonder locks were debuted at the Sex and the City 2 Premiere in New York with an equally bright and bold yellow frock.
I have to say that I love the look on her. I favor it much more than the drab brown that she has been running around with recently. It looks as if she had heavy highlights added in throughout her hair and then toned with a golden beige blonde color.
If you are looking to go lighter like Sarah Jessica Parker, keep these rules in mind:
Rule # 1: You cannot lighten colored hair with hair color. You will have to use a lightener such as bleach.
Rule # 2: If you are unsure about how light you want to go, add a few face framing highlights before committing to an all-over lighter color.
Rule # 3: Going more than two shades lighter than your natural color? I’d suggest seeing a professional hair colorist for that.
